Your course, from your center
Every lesson, file and video was created by the training center you enrolled with. We host it for them.
Private by design
Login-only access. You see your own courses, and nobody outside your center sees your progress.
Looked after all year
Our team keeps the platform updated and fixes problems quickly, so your course simply works.
Your details stay yours
We never sell or share your information, and we never send you marketing.
Need help? Contact the training center you enrolled with.
They are your point of contact for everything, including login problems. If something on the platform needs fixing, they pass it to our team.
We will never ask for your password.
tefl.institute does not contact students. If a message asks for your login details or a payment outside your course checkout, don't reply. Check with your training center.

You create the course. We give it a home worthy of it.
Running a learning platform takes time you would rather spend on training. Send us your finished materials and our team puts them online, presents them beautifully and keeps them working.
We don't write courses. Every word, file and video here comes from the training center that runs it.

For students
What is tefl.institute?
A private learning platform that training centers use to deliver their online courses. Your training center created your course and chose this platform to host it.
Why doesn't my training center's name appear in the web address?
Several training centers use this platform, so it carries a neutral name. Once you log in, you see your own center's course and nothing else.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Email the training center you enrolled with. They are your point of contact for everything and will pass any platform issue to our team to fix.
I paid on this site. Where did my payment go?
To your training center. An invoice is created for them automatically and the payment is passed on to them.
How long can I access my course?
Your training center decides. Start dates, course length and access periods are all set by your center.
Will tefl.institute contact me?
No. All communication about your course comes from your training center. We will never ask for your password or for payment by email, phone or message.
For training centers
Do you write or create course content?
No. Every course on this platform is written and produced by the training center that runs it. We upload and present your materials. We don't write, edit or grade them.
Can we log in and edit our course ourselves?
Our team handles all uploads and design, which keeps every course polished and working properly. Send us your changes and we make them for you.
What do you need from us?
Finished course content in PDF or HTML, your quizzes and assignments, and links to your videos on your own video account.
Do you contact our students?
Never. Your students come to you with every question, including login problems, and you pass platform issues to us. If a student writes to us, we forward the message to you.
How do students pay?
Either through your own website or here on the platform. For sales made here, a point-of-sale invoice is created for you automatically and the payment is transferred to you.
Will our students see other training centers?
No. Each student sees only the courses they are enrolled in, and we don't publish a list of the centers we work with.
How is the hosting fee paid?
Annually in advance, in US dollars, by invoice.
What if we decide to move on?
Your materials are yours. If you leave, we return them to you.
